Ingredients
– 450 g fresh broccoli
– 60 ml olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method
1. Start by washing the broccoli and cutting it into bite-sized florets.
2. Heat 60 ml of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Toss in the broccoli, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
5. Remove the pan from heat, then mix in the soy sauce, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, and sesame seeds.
