Ingredients
– 1 kg chicken thighs
– 2 medium onions, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup cream
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced onions and cook until they become soft and golden, about 10 minutes.
3. Put the minced garlic in the pan, stirring for an additional minute.
4. Move the chicken thighs into the pan, then pour in the broth, cream, soy sauce, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Simmer the mixture for 25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
