Delicious Easy Pumpkin Dinner Rolls Recipe For Fall Gatherings

Ingredients

  • 300 ml warm water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg, beaten

Method

  1. Pour warm water into a large bowl and stir in sugar and yeast. Wait for about 5 minutes until it becomes bubbly.
  2. Add flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg into the yeast mixture. Mix until it forms a dough.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, melted butter, and beaten egg. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it’s smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Shape the risen dough into balls and place on a baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
