Ingredients
– 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon pepper
– 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (450°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking tray in a single layer.
4. Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
5. Once cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
