Ingredients

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract and milk.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir this mixture into the butter mixture until just combined.
5. Fold in the dried fruit and nuts, then pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
