Ingredients
– 4 medium oranges
– 200 g dark chocolate
– 1 tablespoon coconut oil
– Sea salt, for sprinkling
Method
1. Begin by peeling the oranges and slicing them into rounds about 1.5 cm thick.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Stir until smooth.
3. Dip each orange slice halfway into the melted chocolate. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
4. Place the chocolate-dipped slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle a little sea salt on top.
5. Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate has fully set.
