Buffalo Dipping Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
125 ml hot sauce
60 g butter
60 ml vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon honey
3 sprigs of fresh parsley
Method
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Mix in the hot sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Stir the ingredients until they are well combined.
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the honey before garnishing with parsley.
