Ingredients

  • 400 g canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup beef or vegetable broth
  • 400 g pasta (optional)

Method

  1. Start by slicing the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add the sausage, bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the crock pot.
  3. Pour in the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, black pepper, salt, and broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for about 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Cook pasta separately if desired, then serve the sausage and peppers over the pasta.
