Ingredients
250 g fresh okra
1 large onion
2 tablespoons chickpea flour
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method
Slice the okra into thin pieces. Chop the onion finely.
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt.
Add sliced okra and onion to the bowl. Mix well, ensuring that everything is coated with the spices.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the coated mixture until crispy and golden brown.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and squeeze lemon juice over the dish before serving.
