Ingredients
– 300 g rice noodles
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 1 bell pepper, sliced
– 200 g broccoli, cut into small pieces
– 3 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 2 teaspoons sugar
– 2 eggs, beaten
Method
1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, cooking until fragrant.
3. Mix in the bell pepper and broccoli, stir-frying for a few minutes until they begin to soften.
4. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir in the cooked noodles until everything is well combined.
5. Create a space in the pan for the eggs and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked, then mix everything together.
