Ingredients
– 500 g ground chicken

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated carrot, green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, honey, and salt.
3. Mix everything until well combined; use your hands for the best results.
4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on the prepared baking tray.
5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
