Ingredients
– 500 g minced beef
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 carrots, diced
– 2 cups frozen peas
– 2 tbsp tomato paste
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 2 cups mashed potatoes
– 1 cup beef broth
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the minced beef until browned.
3. Add onion, carrots, and peas, stirring until vegetables soften.
4. Mix in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth. Simmer for a few minutes.
5. Spread the beef mixture into a baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
