Ingredients
– 2 cups of rice
– 1 tablespoon of oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cups of mixed vegetables
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 4 eggs
– 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
– 2 green onions, sliced
Method
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and continue to cook for a few minutes.
4. Push the veggies to the side and crack the eggs into the pan. Scramble until cooked.
5. Add the rice, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil. Mix everything well and serve.
