Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Paprika, for garnish
- Fresh chives, chopped (optional)
Method
- Start by placing the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, cover the pot, turn off the heat, and let the eggs sit for 12 minutes.
- After cooling slightly, shell the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
- Mix the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and add chives if desired.
