Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 3 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon olive oil
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– Extra flour for dusting
Method
1. Start by making a mound with the flour on a clean surface. Create a well in the center.
2. Crack the eggs into the well and add olive oil and salt.
3. Use a fork to beat the eggs gently, then gradually mix in the flour from the edges.
4. Knead the dough with your hands for about 8 minutes or until it’s smooth. Wrap it in plastic and let it rest for 30 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough thinly, then cut it into long strips to form tagliatelle noodles. Dust with extra flour to keep them from sticking.
