Ingredients
– 500 g pork mince
– 1 cup shredded cabbage
– 2 spring onions, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 pack dumpling wrappers
– 1 tablespoon cornflour
– Water
Method
1. In a large bowl, mix the pork mince, cabbage, spring onions, garlic, and ginger together.
2. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil until everything is combined.
3. Place about a teaspoon of filling into the center of each dumpling wrapper.
4. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold the wrapper over, sealing it tightly.
5. Cook dumplings in a steamer for about 10 minutes until fully cooked.
