Ingredients
– 250 g chicken breast, cooked and shredded
– 200 g tortilla chips
– 1 cup shredded cheese
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 1 medium tomato, chopped
– 1/4 cup sliced black olives
– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup salsa
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, then add the chopped onion and cook until soft.
3. Mix in the shredded chicken, chili powder, and salsa, stirring well.
4. Layer the tortilla chips on a baking tray. Spread the chicken mixture over the chips and sprinkle cheese on top.
5. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts. Top with chopped tomatoes, olives, and sour cream before serving.
