Ingredients
2 cups canned chickpeas, drained

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Cilantro for garnish

Method
Start by heating the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Next, stir in the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Mix in the ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes, cooking until soft.
Sprinkle in turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and chickpeas, then cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
