Method
1. Start by marinating the pork chops in buttermilk for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
2. Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
3. Take the pork chops out of buttermilk, then coat each one in the flour mixture.
4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the pork chops.
5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Add Worcestershire sauce and chopped parsley before serving.
