Ingredients

Method
- First, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Next, coat the salmon fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.
- Place the marinated salmon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Finally, serve the salmon with lime slices and fresh coriander on top.
