Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts

Method
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a baking dish, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the mixture, coating both sides well. Pour chicken broth around the chicken.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Once the chicken is ready, stir this mixture into the broth to thicken it. Serve the chicken with the sauce on top.
