Ingredients
1 litre water
100 g coarsely ground coffee
4 cups milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
1 cup whipped cream
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Ice cubes

Method
Bring 1 litre of water to a boil in a kettle.
Add the coarsely ground coffee to a French press and pour the hot water over it.
Stir gently and let the mixture sit for about 4 minutes.
Press the plunger down slowly to separate the grounds from the liquid.
Pour the coffee into cups and mix in milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle cocoa powder and cinnamon. Serve over ice if desired.
