Witches Broom Cupcakes
Ingredients
1 cup plain flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup buttercream frosting
12 pretzel sticks
Method
Start by preheating the oven to 175°C.
Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla together in a bowl until smooth.
Distribute the mixture evenly into a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
Once cooled, decorate each cupcake with buttercream frosting, then place a pretzel stick upright in the centre to form a broomstick.
