Ingredients
– 3 cups whole wheat flour
– 1 cup water
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon yeast
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
– 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
– 1/4 cup sesame seeds
– 1/4 cup chia seeds
Method
1. Start by mixing warm water, honey, and yeast together in a bowl. Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes, or until it bubbles.
2. Combine whole wheat flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture along with olive oil.
3. Stir the mixture until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
5. Once risen, punch down the dough and mix in the seeds. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan. Let it rise again for 30 minutes, then bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes.
