Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking dish with baking paper.
2. Combine the butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl. Mix until creamy.
3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and whiskey. Mix until well combined.
4. Stir in the flour, salt, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans until fully incorporated.
5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
