Ingredients
– 500g minced beef

– 1 cup beef broth
– 250g pasta
– 1 cup shredded cheese
Method
1. First, brown the minced beef in a large pan over medium heat. Stir it often to break it apart.
2. Next, add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and cook until the onion is soft.
3. Pour in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, dried oregano, dried basil, and beef broth. Stir everything together.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and mix it with the beef sauce. Top with shredded cheese before serving.
