Ingredients

Method

1. Start by heating olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add diced chicken breast to the pan and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Toss in the broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
4. Sprinkle garlic powder and ginger over the mixture. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
5. Serve the chicken and vegetables over the cooked rice.
