– 300g cooked rice

Method

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until they are soft.
3. Include the diced chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
4. Stir in the bell pepper, canned tomatoes, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
5. Cook for another 15 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked. Serve over cooked rice.
