Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional)
Method
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken to the pan and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, broccoli, and carrots; cook for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 10 minutes.
- For thicker sauce, stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until it thickens.
