Ingredients
– 500g chicken breast, cut into strips
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 1 cup carrots, sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
– 2 cups cooked rice
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add chicken strips and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in broccoli, carrots, and red bell pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until veggies are tender.
4. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and honey. Mix everything well and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve the chicken and veggies over cooked rice.
