Ingredients
– 1 kg chicken breasts
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 1 cup diced carrots
– 1 cup bell pepper strips
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp ginger powder
– ½ tsp black pepper
– 1 cup cooked rice
Method
1. Preheat a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add olive oil to the pan and let it warm up.
3. Place chicken breasts in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until no longer pink.
4. Stir in the broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
5. Pour in soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper. Mix everything well and serve over cooked rice.
