Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
  • Soy sauce, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Start by cooking the rice. Combine rice and water in a pot, bring it to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until tender.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion turns soft and translucent.
  3. Add diced carrot to the pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in frozen peas and shredded chicken. Mix everything together and heat through.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir well, and serve warm.
