Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in garlic, onion, bell pepper, and broccoli, cooking for another 5 minutes.
4. Pour in vegetable broth, soy sauce, and ginger, allowing the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Mix cornstarch with a little water, add to the pan, and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.
