Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 500 g minced meat (beef or lamb)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1 cup pasta (your choice)
  • 2 cups water

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the minced meat and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  5. Pour in the diced tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil, then add the pasta. Simmer until pasta is cooked, around 12 minutes.
