Ingredients

– 500 g lean ground beef
– 400 g canned diced tomatoes
– 1 tablespoon tomato paste
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 cups cooked pasta of your choice
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until it is soft. Stir occasionally.
3. Mix in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Add the ground beef to the pan. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
5. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes, then mix in the cooked pasta.
