Ingredients
200 g plain flour
50 g icing sugar
120 ml water
1 tbsp vegetable oil
100 g sweet red bean paste
100 g white chocolate
20 g cocoa powder
1 tbsp milk
50 g unsweetened shredded coconut
Method
Combine the plain flour and icing sugar in a large bowl.
Pour in the water and vegetable oil, then mix until smooth.
Divide the mixture into four portions.
Shape each portion into a circle and place a spoonful of red bean paste in the center.
Wrap the dough around the filling and reshape it into a ball.
