Waldorf Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups diced apples
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup halved grapes
1 cup walnuts, chopped
½ cup raisins
½ cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Method
Start by cutting the apples into small pieces.
Chop the celery and halve the grapes.
In a bowl, mix together the apples, celery, grapes, walnuts, raisins, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on top, then mix everything until well combined.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before enjoying.
