Veggie-Packed Chicken Meatloaf: Healthy, Delicious & Easy Recipe

Ingredients

– 500g ground chicken
– 1 small onion, diced
– 1 carrot, grated
– 1 zucchini, grated
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 egg
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon Italian herbs

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, diced onion, grated carrot, grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.
3. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. You can use your hands to make it easier.
4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared baking dish.
5. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
