Ingredients
– 2 cups chopped pineapple

Method
1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add cumin and mustard seeds, cooking until they start to pop.
3. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
4. Mix in the chopped pineapple and green gram, cooking for about 5 minutes.
5. Finally, sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
