Ingredients
– 2 cups of all-purpose flour
– 1 cup of sugar
– 1 cup of milk
– 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
– 2 large eggs
– 2 teaspoons of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
– 1/4 cup of nuts (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
3. Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts if using.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
