Method
1. Begin by mixing the minced beef with salt and pepper in a bowl. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties, making them slightly larger than the buns.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side.
3. Flip the burgers and cook for another 3 minutes. Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty, allowing it to melt while cooking.
4. Toast the burger buns in the pan until they are golden brown.
5. Assemble each burger by spreading mayonnaise and mustard on the bottom bun. Place lettuce, a tomato slice, onion slices, and a patty topped with cheese. Finish with the top bun.
