Ingredients
– 4 ears of fresh corn
– Water for boiling
– 1 tbsp salt
– 100 ml butter, melted
– 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
– Pepper to taste
– Fresh herbs (like parsley or chives) for garnish
Method
1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
2. When the water is bubbling, add the salt.
3. Remove the husks and silk from the fresh corn.
4. Carefully place the corn into the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
5. After cooking, take the corn out and brush it with melted butter. Season with sugar, pepper, and fresh herbs if desired.
