Ingredients
– 1 kg chicken wings
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– Your favorite hot sauce (optional)
– Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
3. In a large bowl, mix baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
4. Toss the chicken wings in the spice mix until they are well coated. Drizzle vegetable oil over the wings and mix again.
5. Arrange the wings on the baking tray, ensuring they are spread out evenly. Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy, turning them halfway through. Add hot sauce if desired and garnish with parsley before serving.
