Ingredients
– 500 g fresh broccoli florets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
– 30 g grated parmesan cheese (optional)
– Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Rinse the broccoli under cold water and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
3. Place the florets in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
4. Spread the broccoli evenly on the prepared baking tray. Roast for about 20 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
5. If desired, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve with lemon wedges.
