Ingredients
– 1.5 kg pork ribs
– 1 cup barbecue sauce
– 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 teaspoons garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method
1. Start by mixing the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
2. Place the pork ribs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for about 4 hours.
4. Once cooked, carefully take the ribs out and place them on a baking tray.
5. Brush some extra barbecue sauce on the ribs and broil in the oven for about 5 minutes until caramelized.
