Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Whisk together eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
5. Fold in chocolate chips, walnuts, and shredded coconut, then scoop onto the baking tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
