Try Miascia: Lake Como’s Grape And Rosemary Cake Recipe

Ingredients
200 ml water
400 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
70 g sugar
100 g grapes, halved
1 tsp chopped rosemary
1 pinch salt
1 egg, beaten
50 ml olive oil
Powdered sugar for dusting

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
Mix water with the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until combined.
Add sugar, grapes, rosemary, beaten egg, and olive oil. Stir the mixture until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
