– 1 avocado, diced (optional)
Method
1. Start by dicing the pineapple into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
2. Next, add the diced red bell pepper and chopped red onion to the pineapple.
3. Stir in the minced jalapeño and chopped cilantro for added flavor.
4. Squeeze the juice of the limes over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. If you want, gently fold in the diced avocado before serving.
