Ingredients
– 4 cups cooked rice
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 2 eggs
– 1 cup mixed vegetables
– 3 green onions, chopped
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add cooked rice to the pan and stir for a few minutes until it is heated through.
3. Push the rice to one side and crack in the eggs. Scramble them until fully cooked, then mix with the rice.
4. Stir in mixed vegetables, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
