Ingredients

Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and stir it for 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant.
3. Crack the eggs gently into the pan. Cook them until the whites are set and the yolks are still a bit runny.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top before serving.
